Enterprise culture is a spirit wealth created and formed in the activities of production, operation and management and of the distinguishing feature of an enterprise, including the concept of value, spirit and system of the enterprise. In the recent years, We, Zhejiang Xilejia Company, upon the actual conditions of it, have insistently based on people and made great efforts to lead the staff members to the set-up of the correct concept of life and value, the enhancement on the quality of thinking and business, the group loving their jobs, working hard, uniting and going ahead and the healthy and upward cultural atmosphere and the enterprise spirit, getting an initial achievement on the work of enterprise culture.
Here comes the method and the experience we have learned therefrom:
The first is, for leading the staff member to the approval of both concept of value and operation ideas of "Xilejia", we set forth the " 12 advocacies and 12 oppositions", that is: stand for sincerity and opposed to sham; stand for union and opposed to dissension; stand for activeness and opposed to passiveness; stand for cautiousness and opposed to carelessness; stand for solid work and opposed to idle talk; stand for save and opposed to waste; stand for enthusiasm and opposed to cold-shoulder; stand for modest and opposed to arrogance; stand for honest and opposed to corrupt; stand for fair and opposed to prejudice; stand for enterprising and opposed to conservation; stand for devotion and opposed t money worship, and use multiple ways for a thorough propaganda, such as the workers meeting, business contact meeting, brief meeting of carders, supervising and guiding meeting for professional behavior, informal discussion meeting in basic level etc., to have the staff member know what for "Xilejia" to stand for and what to stand opposed to; what to advocate and what to resist so as to take them as the guidance in the enterprise management and mix them into the personal concept of value of their own when approving the one of "Xilejia" .
The second is to set off a great upsurge in study. Following the command to make the enterprise a school by the leader of the company, we call for all carders and workers to study hard to enhance their quality, hold the activity among the members to behave civilly, to work civilly, to treasure the chance of work and to try to be a host of "Xilejia" , organize them to learn the knowledge of the civil protocol and production and require the administrators to do first as example with a periodic summery. In the meantime, combined with the activity, we take such a "heart joining" action as send them a gift card for birthday, arrange activities at festivals with gifts, express our sincere solicitude to the lying-in women and patients and visit them at the spring festival etc. and draw out a lot of measures for management so as to have it formed to be a civil factory area, a civil operation post and a civil working environment.
The third is to strength the system build-up. We take the system build-up as the important content in the enterprise culture in order to get a standard daily management. It covers the daily behavior of the members and the production etc. and is made improved and perfected in these years and, at the same time, we also draw out the working standards for every post to have the members following accordingly. Besides, we make the principle of "satisfying the actual demand, presenting the will of the masses" carried out in the draw-out of these systems so as to get an immediate execution once issued and effectively keep the orders in both production and management.
The practice makes us knowing that the management has to be set up with the people as the center, while it is the best way for working at people to strengthen the build-up of the enterprise culture. Therefore we will make a further consciousness on it in the future and take it as the managing method of a high grad and carry out the strategy of "prospering enterprise with culture" in our enterprise.
